26th January and 08th Oct on these two days special flypast are organized by Indian Air force . 08th Oct is also the Air force Day. Earlier at Paalam this day was celebrated but now this day is celebrated near Hindon Air base.
Today is Air force Day .

Students from the city have come out with flying colours as results of the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) 2010 .....!!!

Flying Colours is a Horatio Hornblower novel by C.S. Forester, originally published 1938 as the third in the series, but now eighth by internal chronology.
