After seeing Saina Nehawal, I have lost all interests in Sania Mirza. How serious & focused is Saina . She never participated in any manner in beauty pageant. She never took to Ramps. Her soul aim is to rise high and high in the ladder. The focus may be disturbed and so she refused so many lucrative offers. Her success is in top level by the international standard.
Now look at Sania. Always ran after glam and money and publicity. Marriage is one\'s own personal matter and right. She is the best judge of what is best for her in her own life. But sporting career is short for majority of sport spersons and shorter for women. Marriage brings kind of distraction or dislocation in active sporting life. Look what age P.T. Usha marrie? Every woman tennis player is not a Kim Clijsters that she will take a break from tennis for marriage and baby and immediately on return will win US Open Ladies title. The less is said about Sania, the better. God bless her with all glamour and money th ...more

How does it matter whether she returns to tennis or switch over to table tennis -:)) It makes no difference. In a nation devoid of sports heroes or heroines, the media got some one to play on to hype up her achievements going by her then more than good looks in the late teens which too is no more the case. In tennis playing countries, people who even reach semi-final stages of grandslam and then wither away are forgotten. How many of the present generation even remember or even heard of the most glamourous player on the circuit - the most indefatigable Gabriela Sabatini or even the teenage sensation Martina Hingis.
Assuming that she does make an attempt to return to the circuit, at best you can be assured of two headlines on the sports page, always on consequent days with unfailing regularity, even in the so called best days of hers:
Sanis cruises / slams into First Round.
Next day: Sania crashes out / bundled out of ....... (whatever tournament it is) 2nd Round.
