Why any...? There are many Gorgeous places in Himachal ...Kasauli, Shimla, Kullu, Dalhousie are the tailor made routes, Kufri, Narkanda, Rampur, Spiti Valley,Rivalsur, Parashar, Banjar, Nagar,Manali, Rohtang pass, Palampur, Dharmshala,Chamba, Kahjiar are few other hill stations worth visiting.

Surely Kalpa which is situated Above Recong Peo in District Kinnaur is one of the best paradise on the earth.Here one can see the Kinner Kailash ranges which are 6000 Mtrs. above sea level. The district headquarters ( Recong Peo) is situated at a distance of 260 km from Shimla and 51 km from Sangla. Two Kilometer away from Powari on the HT Road, towards left side, wide link road leads to Recong Peo and then to Kalpa. Up to Kalpa it is about 20 km and passes through some picturesque villages populated by 1427 souls.
Second in Dalhousie which also has quite a scenic view and is not much habitated.

Yes, I think Kasauli is best the hill station to visit with your friends and family.
