Yes, the Rajmatha might have bitter experience with her own children's behavior, and hence, she thought it was right to assign her wealth in favor of her grand children.. We can have a general rule .

Its a rational decision. The Rajmata was very old and so her children are also old. So its better to leave the wealth for the grand children before the wealth finds some wrong path.
