Q.

Karnataka Governor H R Bhardwaj seems to be an expert in blurring the line between that of being the Constitutional head of State and that of a Congressman. He also has a single point agenda to see the back of Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa. And towards that agenda, he is known to bend the rules, interpret the Constitution to his liking and send the State into a political turmoil.- Is he causing political extravaganza?
