Yes, with a little bit more preparation... they need to tighten their belts and ... there is no need to even get back to the drawing boards fast... what needs to be done is anticipate realistically and apply that technology accordingly.
With all new ways and even inventions there were doom-sayers... so are with this attempt also. When steam engine was tested for the first time in public people were so afraid to see it that they had demanded immediate ban of this. . . but see how far that steam engine has taken us :)))

Well a big NO! . The exams were handled by a reputed company who takes computer exams "PROMETRIC". you must have seen their names with NIIT or IBM exams. Seriously i was shocked to know the pathetic condition of CAT exams . Never expected this from Prometric atleast. But anyhow, the infrastructure of exams was misjudged and blunder happened
