Simple turn it into a success.
Face failures courageously. Learn from it, dont surrender in front of it.
Remember, what Edison said I am not failed 100 times rather I have learnt 100 ways by which bulb cant be made
So be optimistic always.
Failures+determination+hardwork+consistency+optimism=success

Failure is a state of mind. The key to overcome failure lies in changing your perception of failure and relinquishing your emotional attachment to it.
The most productive way you can think of failure is that it is a necessary step towards success. In the immortal words of Thomas Watson, the founder of IBM, "That's where success lies - on the far side of failure."
Steps to overcome failure:
1) Are you experiencing barrier that prevents fulfilment?
With every idea, there are barriers, hundreds of them, if not more. Failure can be a beautiful experience. Why? Because it provides us with an opportunity to develop courage. If you vision something that is different from everyone else, there are two reasons, you have an idea that few have considered or it is not practical. How do you tell good ideas from bad ones, research and listening to peoples reasons why it wont work? As a rule, no one will support an original idea until there is sufficient evidence that it is practical. Be ...more
