If the act of killing is done in self defiance which is to be proved in court of law.

In Punjab and Haryana, where killing one\'s own daughter/sister (and her lover) is considered an act of Honour ... not murder.

Killing mosqitoes, flies, cockroaches , insects ,

and

hens , fish , goat for non-veg food is not considered as murder .
