Yes it is ... but have it without tobacco ... and do not spit ..
since it contains chuna in it which is a rich source of calcium ...

Paan is recommende in ayurveda for certain oral ailments and some digestive disorders. However the habit of chewing pan especially with jafrani or zarda is definitely injurious to health

the white you use, chuna, rich calcium
nut is good for digestion
rest every masala used is harm ful.
any thing excess is harmful.
