Cost accounting couse is provided by the Institute of cost and works accountancy.Yes you can do ICWA. ICWA is done either through postal coaching or oral coaching, for oral coaching u have to find out centre from their website. Fees is not much(around 6000 for intermediate) it is available in the website.
For duration- if you are a graduate then you can directly take admission in Intermediate.
It is of 2 years after graduation(Intermediate then Final) but generally people take 3/4 years to complete ICWA.
