YES he is entiltled for lawyer and fair trial as provided in indian costitution, as Afzal guru got verdict from supreme court and is not hanged till date as his mercy pitition is not disposed off, As he is foreign national he must be treated at par with enemy of nation and the judicial process be completed

NO, What would a lawer do, he has commited a crime which is not at all forgiveable, instead the GOV. should hang him till death as all what was wanted from him has been achieved.

Yes, every person has a right to defend himself. there is wrong thing if result of this case also delayed as other criminal cases that a very imhumality for scrifies of many people & officer whom lost their lives from that trrarist attack.
