If alone- catch a train from SEALDAH Stn- get down at DIAMOND HARBOUR- Catch a Bus towards NAMKHANA / KAKDWIP. Lots of Launches from KACHUBERIA / KAKDWIP / NAMKHANA to SAGAR.
First point at KACHUBERIA, Second point at KAKDWIP & Last Point- NAMKHANA, wherefrom you may go to SAGAR Island. Launches are available from all the three points.
