The major tourist destinations in the State include Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Kovalam, Thrissur, Kozhikode, Munnar, Palakkad, Alappuzha, Kollam, Kannur, Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, and Sabrimalai.

As is otherwise known, it is god's own country, and everyone who comes here likes it due to its greenery, and is often called the kashmir of the south. It is one of the safest places in India to visit, and the climate is suitable for all times.
