Whether it's pimples or any boil (due to heat, burn etc) should not be broken especially using unsterilized instruments and under unhygienic conditions. It will easily invite more harmful microbial infection, requiring longer and more costly treatment and sometimes leaving a scar or dis-colouration.

It's not good to break pimples. It keeps it's mark forever. let them break automatically. Use mixer of Haldi-chandan on your face at night time till you are on QnA. Use face wash always.
