Absolutely real..satellite studies prove it...coastal cities of India, UK< US, Europe, Maldives, Phillipines, Indonesia and Palm Jumeirah in Dubai are sinking at the rate of 10-15 cm every year..and this rate will go up with melting gleciers every year...

Yes,increse in sea level can cause submergence of cities on sea shore.In our old epics,it is said that holy city Dwarka also got sumberged in sea..I remember that one astrolger i do nt remember his name had predicted seven coastal cities will get submerged in sea.Itf can be seen from scientific evidence of melting of himalayan glaciersi
