UNO can in fact do nothing,. Its position is similar to that of President of India. Indians are waiting for action against terrorists only because Indians are not seriously interested to take action against terror groups. On the contrary Israil has been decisively fighting Phillipines.Unless and until one finishes terrorists like Hamas one cannot imagine of peace. India has been in process of dialogue with India or convincing USA and other international community and trying since long to motivate UNO to tech Pakistan a lesson but failed to achieve the goal. This is why Indians are made soft target by Pakistan based terror groups.
