Dear Arunachalamji, I would like to advise you better dont take tour in this rainy season becoz everywhere you will find rain though offseason rates will be there but you wont be able to enjoy. If at all you want to go then go to Mussoorie because there is ofcourse less rain compared to other places in north. Get down at Delhi Station and take a tourist bus to mussoorie for 7/9 hrs journey from ISBT Terminal. In Mussoorie pl stay at Walnut Grove Hotel which is in Malll a very decent, clean and nice hotel but still I feel avoid journey in rainy season. In October November it will be so pleasant and your family will enjoy also. Al d best Regards Cyrus
