Seedhe chale jayiye High court. Wahan par notary ko shayed 500 rupees dena padta hai.. aur bus shaadi ho jaati hai.. ekdum legal hai.

Don't plan at all, just excahnge garlands, tie a nuptial knot in the precinct of any temple of your choice and set out for honeymoon, if you like...!

Approaching Registrar's office only by girl and boy with two witnesses possibly by local bus if office is at some distance and wearing a low cost mangalsootra to bride girl. that's all.
