What is the best and cheapest way to get temporary internet connection (for 2 months) in India ...which can be used roaming too?

Bye a Tata Indicom mobile phone Nokia 6275 and the SIM card will have GPRS with this you will be able to access Internet through PC and will have roaming facility too.

It is better give some gifts to your friends or relatives to make them helpless to surrender their internet connection / laptop/ pc at your service.ha ha ha ha ha This is the cheapest way i think. :)))))))))))))))))))))) Otherwise its better to find some neighbor who use the Wi-fi connection and take their net facility free of cost. Otherwise we have to find malls and stations where the free Wi-fi zone to spend our time at internet :))))))))

If you are going to be in Mumbai, hire out an auto for 2 months, set out every morning with your laptop and look around for a Cafe or any other place where there is an open Wi-Fi which doesn't have a controlled access. Find a place nearby with in range and camp out for there till it is time to get back home and enjoy surfing at no cost. That is the cheapest (autofare would be minimal and if you decide to walk it out, then NIL) ....I am sure, this facility of free Wi-Fi exists in all cities and even medium towns these days .. meets your needs of surfing even while roaming .... -:))

Buy a powerful netgear bhooster and get connected to computor from nearest friend's internet connection.That's from neighbours.......All time free.....!!!.

In my views u can buy a mobile broadband connection. from MTNL / Bharti. That will be best option , in any where in india u can access Net..
