If you are looking for a paperback edition, you can get it at the book store at Mumbai airport, if they have it in stock. I have another suggestion for you, Check out this website, http://www.tablewalla.com/
It has information on good restaurants across Mumbai and also allows you to book a table at one. I think this would be a better option rather than buying a book.
