North India again experienced a chilly day as icy winds swept across the region claiming four lives as dense
fog affected movement of air, rail and road traffic. After marginal rise yesterday, temperatures dipped again at many places with the low settling at 1.8 degree celsius in Amritsar and minus 1.2 degrees in Mount Abu. Weather officials say that the situation should ease out in the next three days.
