When will rafi get bharat ratan ,this is clear partiality ,everybody can understand ,some people say bharat ratan deserve sachin ,rafi start his carrier 1942 from that people are remembering still ,and he is very simple polite honest ,he sing many song for independent improving and developing for country ,for every religious
