Q.

Nobody will get punishment in these scams as all vital evidences have been destroyed. The 2G Spectum scam was asked by the govt. to be probed by CBI under Supreme Court Supervision only after Supreme Court chided why the govt. had not done so, even though important parliamentaians like Subramaniam Swamy had smelt rats and brought the scam to the notice of the govt. BELATEDLY, AFTER GIVING MORE THAN SUFFICIENT TIME FOR REMOVAL , TAMPRING AND SUBSTITUTION OF FICITITIOUS DOCUMENTS AND OTHER EVIDENCES, AS PER EXPERT LAWYERS, THE GOVT. ORDERED THE PROBE INTO THE SCAM. Do you Agree ?

Still the facts and figures are public now. Documentary evidences may have been destroyed or tampered with, but enough damage has been made, but now it seems to be collatoral during the whole business transaction. Nobody will get punishment is absolutely right. It can't happen in India, because even the devil is now astonished as how Indian politicians, industrialists and lobyiests are cunning and corrupt than him!

There is no doubt that the Govt. was busy protecting the corrupt leaders. CBI and other investigating agencies were used for this. But, now there is sufficient pressure on Govt. from the Supreme Court as well as from the Media. Now, if the Govt. does not do anything, they should be ready to face the wrath of the masses.

It is also said, when CBI wanted to raid Kalaignar TV, DMK was prewarned in the AN. and DMK asked them to come at 11 in the night due to traffic problem the team would face !!!

If it is true, we are making mockery of an investigation !!

MMS & UPA govt.were not even ready to listen that Raja or kalmadi have done anything wrong.Rather MMS turned a blind eye and was only forced to set up an enquiry after the honorable Supreme Court's intervention. And even a child knows now that so much of time has been given to these people to remove all evidences. The recent reaction and rejection of Shynglu committee report by the central & Delhi govt. and instituting another committee to refute & reply to all it's findings, the recent reaction of UPA persons to the PAC report -all these also very clearly show that the govt. is in absolutely no mood to listen to any allegations and is trying to help the criminals by giving them ample time to remove all evidences. As seen in the past all these persons may be removed from their present positions but later will be acquitted ., for want of evidence and then rewarded with much better positions in the govt.
