More than education, person should follow some ethics. Should possess certain vitues and values. Common sense is very much essential. But common sense is not that common. All possess KAMAN sense

None. While education makes one gain knowledge,it is not the only creteria to be a successful minister. While Lalu Prasad Yadav has delivered, people like Bharadwaj(former law minister) has not delivered. At the same time a highly qualified Chidambaram,Kamalnath, Kabil Sibil all delivered.

More than educational qualification, there should be a kind of online entrance test based on objective questions to access the aptitude for performing the job of minister for all MPs of ruling party. Those who qualify in the test can then be considered for allocation of berth in the minister.
