The Rolling Stone career started out in a very interesting manner. The Beatles were rejected by an A&M official from Decca records with the comment that guitar music was on its way out. Off course they went on to become the biggest thing in music history ever. After having started out they heard the Rolling Stones performing at a club when they were still struggling musicians. The Beatles were fascinated with and liked their music, and spoke to the A&M official who had rejected them. He was quick to sign on the Rolling Stones, not wanting to repeat what was probably the biggest mistake of his career by letting the Beatles slip through his hands.
