1. On 19.5.12, I took Tetvat injection last dose .
2. I fell on the main road by running behind a taxi who refused to go to destination I told him,. It was while going to attend my relative's b'day on 19.11.12.
3. 1st injection I took on 19.11, 2nd on 31.12 & the 3rd or last on 19.5.12 all advised by my doctor.
