If there is a video already made by her husband then what other proof is necessary. Use the same video to get him convicted by the court. Lodge a FIR, get media's attention and your sister would definitely get justice.

As such he is liable to be prosecuted for many major crimes and it is always better to lodge a complaint against him. By acceding to blackmail you wont get any rightful solution. If girls shy away reporting violences against husbands there wont be any progress against atrocities against women.
