like - X is a mfting co and they manufacture chocolates(eg) and to concentrate highly on that particular manufacturing work they outsource their back off work like - A/c, payroll,tax asset mgt etc

Business Process Outsourcing... Since in Rich countries it is expensive to employ people they shift it to poor countries where labor is cheap... So the name BPO..
