The Supreme Court on Thursday said the trial court will decide on Janata Party chief Subramanian Swamy's plea to make home minister Chidambaram a co-accused in the 2G spectrum allotment case, IANS reported. The apex court said that the trial court should decide the matter within two weeks. Special CBI Judge O P Saini, who is hearing a separate petition of Swamy to prosecute Chidambaram, has already reserved his order for February 4.- Why highly qualified person from a respectable family back ground like Mr.P.C clinging to Home minister ship -Is this not an insult to the Indian Constitution

Clearly the SC is pointing fingers towards PC and under such circumstances his continuance as home minister gives rise to many doubts and his intention of clinging to power only disregarding the Indian constitution .

Dear sir,the shameless politicians never forget to insult their mothers for the sake of money n power.They claim themselves to be the law makers.Unfortunate.However,it has been a great achievement for Indian democracy.The Supreme Court has specified the time limit for the judgement.PC will sink with MMS n UPA.
