Politicians as well as official dealing with these schemes. Most of them take cuts from subsidies.

All govt. schemes are meant for corruption only for politicians, govt. officers. Recall a Jhunka Bhakar scheme of maharashtra govt. HD Devegauda, Big B and so many celebrities were customers of it on records(paper), in MNREGA too the same thing is happenning if you see the records, for this WE ALL ARE RESPONSIBLE, SO BLAME OURSELVES

Farmers in India hv gor more than what they deserve and infact they r next class who have been maximum pampered by politicians next to so called minority and backward class.
