When no party is in a position to form a government in Delhi, why is the BJP not demanding dissolution of the assembly ?Or is the BJP waiting to form its government after the Lok Sabha elections by indulging in horsetrading ?

That is the only reason.BJP believes in power politics n will not hesitate to buy MPs ,if needed through Ambani money.

Dissolution of the assembly means re elections. No body wants it, first of all its a big burden to the government, then the parties contesting elections and last and the most all the government staff deputed for election duty.

The Lt. Governor is a Central govt. Appointee.
