A person is considered old when the old age makes him hollow sans unable to be fit to work for self & others.....
But a person will be considered aged but not old if remains fit even after attaining the old age .....Mahatma Gandhi was a man who was fit till his assasination.....

He was seventy eight years when he died. he was very active and was not considered old.

It is sad that man who spends half of his life in brtish jail and wife kasturba and secretary mahadev desai died in jail met his final fate by death by bullet of his own country man/he live a simple life but today so called /andhians are living in palatial buidings cars and with very luxurious life style/it is a joke but we can see how much progress our country has made/indiraji went to swarnga and bapu asked him about india/indiraji told bapufor you they use three bullets but for me they pumped 6 bullets/than rajivji went /bapu asked him and rajivji told bapu they plant bombs in guldasta to kill me

Yes he was 79 years of age, but was capable of running the country, and hence cannot be said to be old

The liveliness of that aged man can be interpreted from the fact that....he is still alive ...great people never become old....they are aged and ....finally leave the body...to live....forever....
