When it comes 2 resources,der is no doubt dat human resources r d most valuable resources of any company possesses.A human resources executive also known as HR Manager,is a person who deals with human resource or personnel management.It his job 2 deal with recruitment,training,maintaining a good work environment,developing d company's public relations & luking aftr performance appraisals.Its also der duty to tke care of any disputes,if any, which may affect d company's image & functioning.I was as a HR Manager earlier after dng my MBA (Business Management).b4 tkng up law now.Do u njoy bng in
