The mutton biryani of Eid. The dances of Navaratri. The colour & refreshments of Holi. The crackers & lights of Deepawali. The spirit of the Oktoberfest in Germany. And the liveliness of a Brazilian carnival. That's how I do it.
But that's how we do all festivals we celebrate. But it's just hard to organize so many ppl w/ modern nuclear families and all, but we do try :) Not as festive as 60s or 70s, but festive nevertheless...
