When is CWIIL GROUP launch its air taxi services in South East Asia?

As per their information on their websites and various press releases, they will launch an air taxi service in South East Asia though their aviation unit, CWIIL AIR in March 2013, and as per my research they are planning to charge the cheapest rates ever; this is as much as I have been able to get from their CWIIL GROUP communications officials.
