I love his movies & his biggest contribution to us is 'Malgudi Days' Who can forget that? Even for that matter I like Anant Nag's movies too. Though I don't watch Kannada movies but I have seen few of both these brothers & my favourite Shankar Nag movies was 'Accident'

Shankar Nag was not so good looking like his brother Anant Nag. Realising this he confined himself to Film Direction. His first art film "Ondanondu kaaladalli" was a hit. Auto Raja, Geeta, S.P.Sangliana, and Minchina Ootaa were also hits. His brother introduced him to film industry when he was toying with Marathi satge plays. His TV serial Malgudi Days was a big hit. His tenure was brief, but he left leaving his imprints on cenema and TV.
