To be frank with you sire, I am sick and tired of this colonial BS starting from Colonial era laws to Victorian moral codes we have in our administration and society, and it is high time it got replaced. Indian society has been shaky because we have consisted of 1 teaspoon of Socialism, 1 teaspoon of capitalism and 1 teaspoon of colonial mercantilism. That is like mixing salt and sugar for u r milk.

The modern Indian GOvt doesn't have the lull to call itself a fully capitalist Republic because then it loses its populist vote bank. The Govt at the same time doesn't have the lull to call itself a Socialist Republic because then it loses its elitist vote bank. At the same time the Govt doesn't want to let go of COlonial era laws because then it will lose its bureaucratic support bank.
