Q.
When I was a kid , I saw my granny's passbook , then I just wanted to know how much rich my granny is , so I saw the latest entry and closing balance , since I did not know the meaning of credit that time , I thought CR meant crore and was very happy to see Rs xyz CR , then my mother explained to me , HAS SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENED WITH YOU ?

During my younger days touching a bank pass book or a cheque book belonging to another individual was a criminal act.......
these ethos still reside in me. hence i never check my wife"s pass book even today..........
forget all these........
today it is an era where you hardly see a passbook. much is on electronic format accessible by the account holder only...[generally]
