Hi!. The pain in your back is being caused by the swinging movement. The abdominal muscles must stay slightly contracted to take away the strain. The morning walker is a gimmick. Please stop using it and go for a regular walk instead!

You should walk slowly if you go for a walk early in the morning.

You must do yogasan; back bending asans will be advantageous. You should walk slowly if you go for a walk early in the morning. Also do Surya Namaskar, a series of some postures of Yog; which corrects all physical stiffness.
