To go through the complete case study, in Kaisers organization there is a huge discrimination and racial imbalance between White employees and black employees.
In this at the beginning, the majority was of white employees everywhere skilled as well unskilled and then when they get pressurized from federal government and other labor unions again they start providing recommendations for training from unskilled to skilled at company expanse; where they ignore white senior employees in front of black juniors. Means overall it was a discrimination against both of community white as well as black.
To eliminate this, Kaiser should design a policy which clearly focused on each and every aspects of racial imbalance. In this first they should hire unskilled labor from black community to make a balance between white & black in unskilled segment. And for skilled, they should provide training to those only who comes under seniority basis. If black not comes under seniority (or less availability ...more
