When Communism fails, it is always the system's fault. When capitalism fails, it is always the fault of some barbaric, power hungry moronic 3rd world ruler.
People say Socialism failed in USSR. Well, at the same time u have Niger- the Saudi Arabia of Uranium- which follows capitalism and poorest country on earth. Then u have Congo- has half of world's raw materials but country's HDI is still on "underdeveloped" level.
