When comes to accountability, seems south is better than north, even powerful ppl. Koruna, JJ and yedurappa are not spared. Is it the caste system is what keeping politicians in north as untouchables? :P

I agree with you that south seems to be better than north. I do not know about any political caste system. I think it is just a question of basic intelligence.
The south Indian politicians (by and large) have understood the fact that politics of good governance pays good dividends while their counter parts in north are too dumb to be able to get out of the cobwebs of politics of poverty and deceit

Some leaders in north think Child marriage is the remedy for gang rape and some others think Honour killing is ok.
