Teachers/schooling are responsible for imparting knowledge and wisdom. Teachers/schooling do not control the intentions and vocation of individual. Every individual is free to choose his livelihood and profession according to familial psychology, interests, moral standards and abilities. The teachers are not responsible or should not be blamed for individual's choice of profession. Even some doctors/engineers/pilots are corrupt ; while some politicians are good. So, mere the choice of profession doesn't truly display the character of an individual and signal the teacher involved.

A teacher teaches all the pupils equally. But it is up to the students how they intake the knowledge from their teachers and how they utilize the same. Every student has its own different potentials. They can grow only according to their own determination and dedication. So becoming a Doctor or Engineer or etc it strictly depends upon their choice and preparation.

In a horse race all do not reach the final point at the same time, and some do not reach at all. Each person has his individuality, calibre, quality, interest, ambition, goals etc. and all such factors determine the achievements in life.
