Since yesterday every channals praising Ujjwal Nikam for handling Kasab Case. I think Ujjawal Nikam had done nothing miracle. Even lay men know who is kasab and what he done .It is the most simple case and any court can give sentence to death.But media is highlighting great victory over Kasab.

I agree that the kind of chest thumping, which Mr Nikam has been doing, does not behove a public servant. But considering the wounded sentiments of the Indian people and their hunger for media bites it seemed to fit the occasion. It is also possible that the govt is using him to give out certain messages which more senior members of the govt cannot openly do.
Please do not trivialise the achievement of the prosecution. Indian judicairy is is very objective and the prosecutors have to really go all out and try to convince them. The aquittal of the other two shows that it is not easy to convince the judges

Are yaar ! ujjwal nikam case ko kamjor bhi bana sakta tha. suppose pakistani agent se usne rishwat li hoti use chhudwane ki to ? usne appeal hi nahi ki hoti. dalil bhi nahi di hoti to case ka kya hota ? usne apna kaam thik se nahi kiya hota to ?

Before he is hanged he will get free with bribes and in 2011 u will see Kasab playing IPL under SRK banner.
