Why do the media quote only the particular sentences which suits them and not in its entirity. Prior to what he said about the SC, ST he had said that the corruption has been standadarized to a state of art by the majority of the high castes and they are seldom caught. And he said that its good that the lower castes are doing the same to achieve more equality. However till now they have not been able to evolve sophisticated methods for corruption like the higher castes and hence the maximum number of cases of corruption are against them.

Such views should be restricted to private conversations only. Airing them in public forums gives opportunity to people to play politics

Did not hear, but could be right in his views, if someone has an idea, there must be some truth. although it might be unfair / or unlawful, or against the public view, or govt. policy.

there must be some group of society who might be less privileged because of which the disparity exists.
