As Member Traffic of Railway Board , he was the one who pioneered the amazing turnaround of the Indian Railways and ensuring huge profits by taking innovative steps. 2. Dr. Kalyan Banerjee Padma Shri- Doctor from C.R.Park ND. 3. Saoli Mitra, Padma Shri- Theatre personality from Kolkata. 4.Ameen Sayani, Padma Shri- The man with the Golden Voice-- got it maybe 20 years too late.
