There are laege number of such cases as our lawmakers are always in haste to make laws...nowdays they have made laws as if women(all) are virtuous and Men /in laws are devils. They make laws without having parafanalia to impose them......this is one of the bane of our country.....Example banning of child marriage in 1956......so many communities are showing thumbs to this law.

I say women organisations now days acting like terrorists and for gals mistake they are creating problem to families and making situation to worsen more. Since laws are there to protect women they are just misused . Now days gals are equally behaves worstly compared to men. so better dont take any help from women organisations. try to diffuse situation talking to yourself with family.

Let me clarify my stand - I have equal respect for men and women and have no preferences or biased. Im also in support for laws to protect women - but there should also be laws to protect men and there should be laws to protect both (neutral ones). But sadly laws for women protection seem to be too one sided and has given rise to a plenty of false cases, acquisitions and complaints by women who want to destroy families or find shortcuts to get a ransom from their husbands or get rid of the husband's families.
Im in support of you but im sure women's orgnisations will either not respond to your question and they also wont agree with this point.
However, some NGO's which also have women's wings have revealed that misuse of laws is very common and agree that women also misuse laws for their own selfish needs.

Women organisations don't waste any time in running about talking to the media, setting up court cases and giving public lectures. However, the problem with these organisations is that they don't give enough counselling. i mean support is given, but there is no emotional counselling. Bas, do char hugs diye, or phir publicity shuru.
Not to mention that in their bid to attract attention, these organisations don't even verify the claims. Okay, so proving to somebody that you have been abused is humilating, but even then. many women misuse these organisations for harassing their in-laws. When their allegations are proved wrong in court, where do these women organisations go!
Band together and create a proper support group, not just some stupid group that has nothing to do except for create a hullabaloo even before helping the poor woman.

A woman organisations 'says' will be on their behalf. If any problems arise 80% problems have both side wrong. Is really the mistake is on Woman side they will not expose on their side. Why becasu they have a complete support from womens organisations and also we generally show sympathy on woman side. This all happens first withour scrutinising the actual victim. Because of ladies many men have suffered and at the same time vise versa. So, I dont agree all the women organisations answers are correct.

Note : without joining two hands a clap sound will not come.
