When we begin to fight with our own loved ones on trivial issues and do not respect ever our own spouse, I think that is when one is really old.

It is a gradual process that begins after the age of 19. As per medical studies, after nineteen the lustre of skin becomes less, then hair, then eyes, even liver, intestines, bones and ultimately brain lose their strength at different ages.

As regards apparent symptoms, greying of hair and wearing spectacles at the age about forty, pain in waist, inability to climb the stairs, heaving while walking fast are some of them.
