1.

Say '' no '' to sweets; and yes to the oil that contains good cholesterol.
Have a periodical check of your cholesterol, triglicerides and blood-sugar count.
It is not good to say '' no '' to all oily preparations. Some are necessary for us to improve HDL which protects heart and our joint movements. Food intake divided in numbers i.e. instead of taking two full stomach diet, we should take less than the halve in each lunch and dinner and must take greater quantitiy of salad, full of palak and mooli leave, tomatoe, Kakari, neebu, papeeta . Also a brief snacks in between the main meals can be taken to quench the urge to eat
