I doubt- Reason is so simple- Politicians- Police nexus- See That DGP fm Haryana R.K.Sharma case Where a journalsit was killed (Pramod Mahajan related hence) was punished ;Here in this case of Rathore- he had high profile Politicians connection /atronage hence was going scott free!
But still I hv my on doubts as teh damage has already been done that gal's family
